B&B is located in peacefull part of the city, not far away from center of Nis (2 km). Nearby are markets, banks, post office, school and medical center. Not far away are some tennis courts too, basket, football courts, and walking path besides river 'Nisava'.

Lodging offers  one big apartment, two rooms with 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and comfortable.
