“CITY GARDEN” is a five minute car drive from the city core. Apart from abundant offer and excellent service, this institution provides an excellent location – next to the swimming pool and the biggest Niš park called Čair, so it offers its guests peaceful moments for relaxation.
The versatile offer of CITY GARDEN includes its restaurant, with 60 seats in the building and another 60 outside, which boasts standards typical of all other parts of Europe. Hence, our chefs offer two cuisines :

This restaurant is one of the best in Niš and it is located just across Kalča Business Center, in Nikole Pašića street. “Kuća Stambolijskih” was built long ago – in 1875. Its first owner was the reputable Niš businessman Todor Stanković – Stambolija (hence the name – the House of the Stambolija Family), a trader in goods granted the title of Istanbul court contractor. In 1878, in this building, the Niš section of Red Cross was established. Kuća Stambolijskih managed to survive the wars for liberation, Balkan wars, and two world wars intact. In 1949, it was proclaimed a cultural monument, part of the national heritage. This did not help much, however, as, due to the carelessness of the communist authorities, the house became ruined quickly. No one knows what would have left till today if it had not been renewed by the people from the Putnik agency in 1984. The restaurant has been active since June 19, 1984. The restaurant has a ground floor and a basement (where, in its time, loud folk music was played, but one should keep this to oneself) which may admit 220 guests, while there are also 300 seats in the garden.
